Including Audio and Video into Teaching
Today in class we learned about including audio and video into our teaching curriculum. I think this is an excellent idea! I always learn better when I can see the proper way of doing something. With videos, teachers can pause the tape and point out certain things that the students should pay close attention to and then resume the tape so they can see for themselves. This is also an excellent thing for students who are visual or auditory learners because they can see and hear what is going on. Also, this is good for students who may have a hearing disability. I think videos are an excellent way to help students understand the concepts we are teaching!!

I am the same way i am a visual learner. Videos would be great to show kids as long as they are not to long. The longer the the video the shorter students attention spans become.
I am definatly the same way Devin. I learn better when I can see stuff, even better when I hear and see at the same time. I think videos are a good idea for PE teachers to use. Videos are a good idea with little kids too, then they can see themselves on TV.
