Shoes!

I have health foundations this semester and learned something really interesting! You are suppose to get a new pair of shoes every 300 miles you walk in them! I have had my favorite running shoes since about 8th grade, I really don't want to get rid of them! But I learned that you have to because the inner core stops being resilient and you can really mess up you body. As much as I don't want to I guess it is for the best to get a new pair of shoes. You should also write the date you bought the shoes on the back of the actual shoe and keep a log of how far you run every time you run so you know when to get a new shoe!

I agree that havin balance down low is an important part of human stature. Those who do not maintain their balance regularly will effect other areas of their body structure because the base of the body begins at the footing. I have many old shoes from high school, but the footwear is sporting shoes. Most of these pairs last for a long time at the soles. Making sure that your kicks are new and in strong condition is an underrated problem in physical well being today.

haha yea, people think shoes last foreven because they are comfortable. BUt cleary is right, they do wear out about every 300 miles. I sell shoes at reebok and yes this is correct.

I also never knew that shoes are only supposed to be worn for such a short period of time. I have had shoes for way longer than this. I have always just thought shoes were good until they aren't comfortable anymore, but this is not the case.

I would have never known that you are suppose to get a new pair of shoes every 300 miles. Some shoes I got I had for a long time and love them and probably won't get rid of them. I do believe that your body would hurt if you wore the same pair repeatenly because of the soles of the shoe would wear out.

That is very interesting, but it makes sense. I never think about how many miles I have walked or ran in my shoes. If I did I would have to change my shoes like every month not very money efficient. And to respond to the weather comment, I think your right that it is probably the skirts that helps me appreciate pretty girls. But more girls come out in the nice weather, especially laying out in bikinis.
